Bring it to the hospital!
LOVE this stuff! It works as well, if not better than the hospital spray. The witch hazel is nice and cooling. And it actually smells good to boot! (Nice light, cucumber smell from the cucumber extract.) A must have in my opinion. I give a bottle to all of my preggo girlfriends as part of their shower gift. Pack some in your hospital bag for sure.

Versatile spray nozzle to help heal the booty!
I personally did not have a vaginal delivery, so I can not comment on the effectiveness of this spray on episiotomy healing, etc. I used this spray when I was extremely swollen beginning around 35 weeks pregnant and could not wipe properly due to hemorrhoids (sorry to get all graphic, but it happens. Joys of pregnancy?!) I found this to be a nice cooling mist that did not sting at all. It really didn't provide any relief from the pain due to the swollen areas, but then again I'm not too sure that is what it is supposed to do. I purchased the 3 pack and realized that was kind of silly, one bottle lasts a LONG time. As it states on the bottle, this doubles beautifully as a facial toner because of the witch hazel. I've been using it as that since and find it gentle and love that I don't need to throw out the extra now that I am healed!
A GOD send!
I found this about a week after I had my daughter and I wished I had it at the hospital with me. It was one of the few things that brought any real relief.
I will be purchasing ahead of time for the birth of my second child.
And contrary to what one reviewer claims - this is NOT a fake review. I am a real person, who has really used this product, had no problems with burning stinging and loved it.
