Best bottle warmer I can find even though not perfect
After trying all those steam warmer such as munchkin, avent etc, I was pretty frustrated. None of them function well and they don't last a very long time, despite all the good reviews. So I was searching for a better one. There aren't a lot of choices. All those steam ones under $30 ish are essentially the same thing despite it's munchkin or first year or avent or dr brown. They all end up having similar problems. So I was searching for something that's slightly different in the way how it is heating. Kiindie Kozii was something different. But after reading all the reviews, I have determined it's not going to work for us. Our baby can't wait 10 - 20mins for bottles to warm up. That's crazy. I need something faster. I wasn't sure if Born Free will cut it. But I didn't have much choice. So instead of buying from Amazon, which at that time was only carried by non-Amazon vendor, which could occur restocking fee, I decided to buy with either Baby R Us or Bed and Bath and Beyond. Awesome! Totally worth the $
I use Born Free glass bottles and I didnt' want to even try other warmers since most are made for plastic bottles.
( I used hot water in a bowl and set the bottle in it to heat my first borns bottles which was a pain but I couldn't find a Born free warmer from a website I trusted so I did it the hard way.) I don't like the idea of "nooking" my babys bottles in the microwave either. So since I found this one on Amazon (love you Amazon!) I bought this one and it has worked like a charm. I have tested different liquid measurements and tested the temperatures just to be safe and its awesome. If you use glass then you know the outside will sometimes be warmer then the inside. This warmer heats the liquid (Formula or breastmilk) quickly and perfectly (of course you test it before you feed baby, just incase!) Love this bottle warmer
The Born Free Tru-Temp Bottle Warming System is great. It saves us time and is a lot more convenient. No more heating up a bowl of water in the microwave and standing there twirling the bottle of milk, randomly testing it to see if it is the right tempurature. Now we just put the bottle in the warmer and set the timer according to how much milk is in the bottle. It is so easy! The milk is never to hot, and heats up quickly and evenly.
