We really like this product because it allows you to make a bottle with one hand and it makes measuring powdered formula more accurate. We often make an odd number of ounces (3, 5, etc) and with the scoops you have to estimate that extra ounce or use a whole other scoop and waste an ounce. This measures by 1 ounce so it accurately measures even the odd number of ounces.
The couple things we didn't like about this product are that while it works with tall bottles, the Dr Brown bottles are even taller, so they don't quite fit. We made a stand for the product so that they will fit. Also, you have to be careful where the bottle is placed so that powder doesn't miss going into the bottle. Also if you use a speciality formula (we use Enfamil AR), you have to check their website to see which adapter to use for measurement.
Overall, we are very glad we have this product and would buy it again.

I bought the Baby Bottle Buddy shortly after having a bad experience with a competitive product, and I will have to say that I am VERY impressed with the Bottle Buddy!
Firstly, the Bottle Buddy is very well constructed, and has a good fit/feel to all the parts. This high-quality construction is apparent as soon as you put this item together, and it just does not have that cheaply made feel that seems to be apparent in so many other plastic appliances.
Second, all the internal components are made of polypropylene (PP), which is a generally safe and BPA-free plastic. Since BPA containing plastics are a HUGE concern to my wife, who is an anti-BPA freak, I was very glad to see that the Bottle Buddy is safe!
Third, and most important, this thing actually works! The dispenser is well thought out, and drops the right amount of formula (Enfamil Premium) without clumping and jamming up the dispenser! The first dispenser I tried was gravity fed, and was...
Helpful Gadget
This contraption makes formula feeding pretty idiot-proof. I hate that formula scoops are for 2 ounces of water, so how do you accurately measure for odd ounces? I like that with this, I can easily give a 5-ounce bottle without having to eyeball a half a little scoop.
We only use wide-mouth bottles. I'm not sure why anyone would use narrow-mouthed bottles for powdered formula even without the dispenser - it's tough to get the powder in the narrow tops.
I went with 4 stars instead of 5 because the spring thingy you have to press the bottle against is annoying. I don't understand why you can't just put the bottle under and push the button; why is pressing against the spring necessary? This step has caused me to knock the thing over on the counter twice.
