Good - but not the best
It was a toss up between these and Born Free. I purchased both and let my baby decide. She chose Born Free. I like the concept of these bottles but she didnt seem to like the nipple. Sorry, just being honest.

These bottles are amazing. I am surprised there aren't more bottles out there like these.

When it comes to increased flow, you have to buy a whole new bottle, not just new nipples.
If you loose a part, you are kind of screwed.
The flow rate is a bit heavier than you would think. If you are breastfeeding, I would only use a slow flow nipple. The medium flow is equal to a fast flow on a playtex nurser system.
Getting used to a bottles with venting systems is something learned with time, all bottles with venting systems on the bottom of the bottle can be very very touchy with venting...
Breast to Bottle
I had a baby that would not take the bottle and I was willing to try anything. I've heard reviews on this and was desperate to get him to take a bottle. I had no success, but the concept is great and I'm sure it worked for other babies.
